V is for Visuals, also known as Vanessa (V) Lansdale, is a Canadian-American web developer, artist, and photographer based in Denver, Colorado. Raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan, V’s artistic practice explores the interplay of contrast, line, and shape. She crafts immersive pieces that encourage viewers to reflect on their perspectives and relationships with the world around them.
Recurring themes in V's work include the relationship between black & white elements, as well as the dynamic between technology & nature. Her photography embraces a documentarian style, highlighting the beauty, abundance, and intricate details of our surroundings, with a focus on organic compositions and colors.
